Sam; Your list is a list of Socialism. I believe in capitlaism WITHOUT the help of government. Most of your list here was NOT done by government but by free enterprise. The governments role is not to pick winners and losers by getting in bed with companies. The governments role is to protect the people........from in this case idiotic corporation self interest. Think Teddy Roosevelt. You say you don't want to keep inefficiencies in place - BUT that is exactly what the government is doing now. And your fall back to blame this on the RW is stupid!
