$47.20 at 12:06. I wonder why it's hard to find bears. ;-)
I would guess that the difference in valuation of the "accounting firm", then and now, has something to do with the change in profitability from negative to increasing exponentially.

How did you come up with your calculations? How do you conclude that the market values Dunn acquisition at 1 billion? What do you think of the intraday chart for today? Look like profit taking or tired bulls? I may consider short sale at any price > $50. I didn't think earnings were that hot although pretty good maybe.

With the aquisition, Geac has lowered costs at D&B dramatically and increased its operating margins from 28.8% to 35%. Cash flow is huge and debt has been reduced from 2Xannual cash flow to 0.6X over the past year.

The stock is trading at a PE of approx 20. How can you bearish about this valuation relative to the rest of the market? It seems rather attractive to me.
