All,

Intel is getting about 211 233mhz Pentium MMX chips / wafer per current Business Week.

What technologies are being used for Pentium MMX, and Pentium II?

Is Intel below .35 micron on any current production?

For the sub $1,000 market they will use the Pentium II.

Cymer said they achieved .09 micron.

They(industry) should be able to go down to about .10 microns tech. say. That's the wall for DUV as it looks now.

According to the experts, DUV(laser) lithography will be feasible down to 0.13&#181 feature sizes and maybe even 0.10&#181.
