Morning Hugh.......The New Promoter is Don Farrell. I'm told by a friend of mine in Vanc. that Don and his stable of Co.'s are number four on the Vanc. Totem pole of Promoters (Behind Brown, MacDonald and Pezims empire). Don just added this little Gem to his stable of Co.'s in the last month or so. I've had SND flagged in my system for well over a year. When I buy into a company like WSP. I keep tabs on who's around us. SND is next door. What I love about them is the deal with Troymin in Buffalo Hills (South of Ashton/Pug). They can be in two hot spots at one time (Camsell Lake NWT and Buffalo Hills). Add in the under 6 mil. shares and this rocket ship can move just on speculation alone for the upcoming season. As Far as cash goes this is very tricky as they just aquired 100K (277,777 shares at .36). In all honesty, I don't know the cash per share ratio. When a company gets taken over (like SND) has been recently, there could be some paper shuffling going on. I'M NOT SAYIN THAT THIS TOOK PLACE HERE. ALL I'm Sayin is that things could get lost in the red tape. The new IR will be done out of Farrell's offices and I'm sure that the web site is Old and was run by the last management team. One thing that I've started to look for as I'm getting into Vanc. plays more and more is, "Who's the Promoter and what did he pay for a piece of the action?"
