Ron, to get shareholder discount you show a cardboard card they send once a quarter. My card expires 1/31/98 but I didn't have it until mid November, probably because shares are in "street name." You also get express checkout if there's any lines and all other discounts are still valid.

I have been to that store many times it did just open a year ago.. its usually crowded
