Republicans and the Tea Party have been waxing enthusiastic over how strong-man Vladimir Putin has cut Russian retiree benefits to $68 a month or so. Putin hasn't needed to kill retirees. He has simply made their income barely enough to pay for food so they wish they were dead - and the suicide rate among the elderly in Russia has tripled.

If Republicans can abuse older Americans in the same way, they'll be able to continue using the proceeds of the Social Security and Medicare taxes to subsidize low income tax rates for the wealthiest Americans!

Mitt Romney is certainly fed-up having to pay a combined total of 13.2% for his Income Tax, Social Security tax, and Medicare taxes. If Republicans can cut-off the elderly, then he might be able to get his tax rate down toward something reasonable, like 4%. Of course scum like you will still pay higher rates, but that's the way of the world. You're not successful enough to warrant special treatment.

To help reduce Mitt's total tax rate we simply need to eliminate these wasteful entitlement programs for the elderly like Medicare and Social Security, while continuing to collect the taxes which fund those programs.

That's exactly what's on the agenda for the next Republican President.
