What is a 12g reporting company? Is there anywhere to research this type of info. 10q's 12g's etc...

Mitch: I had a heck of time today as well. I am not on Worldnet. I am on NetAccess. I also had problems getting and sending e-mail. I think there may have been an Internet brownout today.
