I am so so stressed out now and my BP is high anyway. I appreciate your help and it is just that when I tried to use the printer it would not work either and I had to get the program disc and load it. I had paid a man last Spring a lot of money to come to my home and download all the things from this old computer to the new one. Somehow the printer did not get loaded.... I need to write you again later when I can think and absorb.. Right now my mind is too unsettled...and I feel ill. Mary Lou
