I think they expect growth to remain north of that, but if you (properly) ignore the last two years of a tech frenzied market, pe's shouldn't be much north of 40 - unless the growth is sustainable for 3 to 5 years.

In addition INSS isn't really positioned as an upside surprise company as much going forward, they're constrained by personnel turnover and recruiting issues. I think people are expecting a good solid quarter and no more for december. I'd be pleasantly surprised with a $0.11 number and stunned if they pull off $0.12.

There could be upside if they somehow manage to productize some of their offerings, which they seem to be working on, but we need to give them a chance to let that strategy take hold.
