Here is one explanation: shareholders are progressively less and less patient and more and more cynical, as we have one good press release after another, but no company-wide revenue or profit figures, PLUS conflicting information on whether the company's selling has stopped. Faith only goes so far, even though there are those of us who have a lot of faith and believe the company's promises of escalating growth.

Even the AT & T contract resulted in a November 1997 press release talking about $70K profit per month (operating profit?), but a December 1997 press release which referred to a minimum of $70K revenue (but no mention of profit). I called IR on this and said I was confused on why company would issue a December press release which appears to downplay the $70K profit figure from an earlier press release. I don't think IR was aware of the change in language - even though it meant everything to me.

This may all be nitpicking on my part, and there be only one unalienable truth attached to all of this - we have a great buying opportunity - one I never envisioned (although I am prepared for the worst with any of these types of stocks).

Regards.

I have talked to David Kane in the Denver IR office in the past. His number is 800 238 0922. I think the company is growing so fast that there is a little bit of disorganization. Every time there is good news the price drops. Just Daytraders? No, I don't beleive that. I can't quite figure it out. We need to see some November financials, maybe that would help. any ideas? Bob
