Did the MM's pay you off? It's nice to see the supposed loyal, long shareholders' voicing their negative information/opinions in a public forum. Thanks again. I think I'll sell all my shares tomorrow.....not. 2xx,xxx and HOLDING ALL OF IT!!!!!!!! CJacks

On December 17th, 1997 @ 7:43 pm est, I had not yet received a fax of the Eutro Group Holdings "newsletter" as promised. I had made the comment, "I am very dissappointed and consider this either flaky or rude." I still have never received this fax, however, Eutro did fax me the confirmation report that indicates the fax went through "OK". So, I would like to retract the "flaky or rude" part of my statement and assume there was a technical problem and/or the fax boogie man swiped it. On another note, I am holding xxx,xxx euto shares and must receive information regarding the retirement of euto shares from the "preferred exchange offer" before I even consider questioning the retirement of the 50 million. We have all been overlooking what should have happened a long, long time ago with the exchange... Does Eutro have a new TA yet???
