I think it is great. I haven't got my notice of details yet but a friend has. There is a charge for additional investment and fee to sell but don't know the exact information yet. May come in tomorrows mail.

Good to see HP instituting a plan! I hope that someone will post the details here when they receive them and I hope that this is one of them where the service charges don't make it prohibitive for smaller investors.

I've been considering buying HP anyway, so this might put me into action, finally!
