Re: KMI/WI

I expect these to eventually be worth $21.00/share. That SA article presented a good argument for KMI reaching $61.00/share by 2017. I own the KMI/WS (warrants at an avg cost of $2.20/share) several of those I got when EPB bought out my El Paso gas stock.

I have A GTC order to buy more at/below $3.00/share. That only occurs if KMI stock trades back down to $38.00/share. These warrants do move a lot. I have seen 15% moves in a day so you can trade them especially if you have a low entry price.

However, at the end of the day, be sure to keep some in the drawer if they actually do get to $21.00/share.

FWIW, look at the WMB chart for the last 5 years. I expect KMI to have a similar run the next 5 years. Both have the same dividend growth characteristics and huge pipeline footprints. It should be a fun ride.
