Windows Sysinternals Utilities: Autoruns for Windows (Important Update Release)

<< If crapware only sits on the HD it bothers me little since my HD is only 10% used. But some of the crapware has apps running on startup and those I'd like to remove. >>

Presumably you and many others hare are familiar with Autoruns for Windows, which is far and away the most comprehensive free (or paid) startup manager and which can allow the user to examine and remove any and all bothersome start up apps, processes, (and malware) installed on a Windows system.

A few days ago Gizmo's daily email alert called my attention to a significant Autoruns update (v13.0) ...

Autoruns for Windows v13.0 is described and can be downloaded from here.

[I've downloaded it and while my startup is already well tuned by Autoruns which I run frequently I'll be running v13.0 later today.]

Cheers,
