Greg, they cannot swap certs that they do not have. They are in the investors hand now. If they short significantly above the float and the number of shares being requested in cert form is above the float as in my example, there is nothing that the MMs can to, PERIOD. YOU CANNOT HAVE MORE CERTS THAN THE FLOAT (except for the insiders) and there is nothing that the MMs can do to get around this situation.

I am addressing the point that you said is so obvious, not our attempt at the squeeze. In the situation that I described, it will work as stated.

If you still need more convincing, talk to me outside the thread. I just want to make sure accurate information is given here.
