Nice timing and trade. Still would not have taken a position myself due to low insiders holdings, negative cashflow and return on equity. Private venture fund take over makes sense as it does not meet the metrics of a take over from a publically traded tech company. It looks to be a consistent and steady grower with good cashflow in the future but not enough to meet the hyper growth, large addressable market looked for by most tech firms. Small can be beauty though as these kind of stocks get overlooked by investors.
