I've been following, Ed. Even as much as I don't like how these guys run the company, I never suspected them of being that devious. I kinda think along the lines that John expressed, that they've taken care of themselves well enough, so they shouldn't have to resort to this kind of malarkey. It's just too risky, IMO; if such a situation was ever discovered, legal or not, their golden goose would be gone. My view of management is that they are slick investment banker types who know how to play the game legally well enough that they don't need to resort to devious methods to get rich. The legitimate highwaymen get a lot richer than the common crooks. But it is an intriguing line of thought, and maybe I'm just too trusting! Bob
