bear stearns looked like a buyer all day today. remember tsemf is down here mainly because bear downgraded the stock because of limited visibilty. bears report from andy neff basicly said that tower was being cautious about the future at this point in time . the company historically is very cautious. but, neff said tower should find support around 13, because thats where the book value. neff said it should not be a 20 doller stock but should trade somewhat above bookvalue. i follow semi equip companies closely and their is not tading under book value or realy even close/ the management of tsemf is shocked that the company stock price is down here. its a great buy with very little risk. check my other posts for more detail research.
