The ONLY stick that Obama has carried regarding Russia is the sanction stick and that hasn't exactly worked so far.

Of course it has to a degree. Remember S. Ossetia under Bush............Putin went right in and took it over. Putin's dawdling with the Ukraine.

Obama hasn't even given ANY arms to Ukraine. That's a stick that could make a difference but Obama hasn't used it AT ALL.
