First, let me preface by saying that I don't even watch the news. I get mine on the internet. But, I notice you clowns are REJOICING about catching Brian Williams in a lie. Let's not forget, the network you clowns rely on LIES ALL THE TIME:

From your link:

Brokaw, 74, was still the “Nightly News” anchor when Williams came back from his Iraq expedition — and an insider said he knew the story Williams later spouted was bunk.

Tom Brokaw and [former NBC News President] Steve Capus knew this was a false story for a long time and have been extremely uncomfortable with it,” the source said.

NBC News execs had counseled him to stop telling the tale.

If this is true, it seems to me like more than just Williams needs to be fired.

I agree. And apparently Brokaw is saying the Gawker story was wrong and he doesn't think Williams should be fired. I don't agree. If I was one of his viewers, Williams would have lost my trust.
