It is pretty cut and dried with respect to autism. The changes in the brain are noticeable by week 20 in a fetus. It is pretty certain it is genetic and several genes are associated.

No way a vaccination, or even a whole bunch of them, is the cause.

Job Market Leaps in U.S. With Biggest Gain in 17 Years: Economy

(Bloomberg) -- The U.S. labor market leaped forward in January, capping the greatest three-month jobs gain in 17 years and delivering the biggest wage increase since 2008.

The unemployment rate ticked up by one-tenth of a point, to 5.7 percent, largely because so many people — nearly 1.1 million — entered the workforce, some coming off the sidelines after years of discouragement.
