Looks Like one more down day. I think this dog will stay like this for ever unless its management comes out of ivory tower and say something positive.

Regards

Kumar

"Scuse me. I own alot of ORCL, but have never posted here...read alot of it though.
Comparing buy-back programs must take into consideration shares outstanding, age of a company and Many, many other factors. As a Dallasite...Excel Com is here...comparing giant, proven ORCL with a hair-brained multi-level marketing gimmick like Excel is silly.
Does ORCL NEED to buy back??? I doubt it.
I just read the last 100 posts here...lots of fear with very myopic personal views of ORCL. It has been hit just like all the other techs....this must be put into proper perspective....everyone is acting like those durn day-traders. The market was due for a big correction....what WAS ORCL's P/E? It's been a good house cleaning and by late Dec, early Jan, I feel we will start a slow, steady, but healthier climb. Asia has effected us substantially, but alot was just an excuse to take great year-long profits. Cheer up, guys!!
The New Year will be fine....maybe not the 50 to 60 % we made this year, but I'll take 20 anytime.
Cheer to all.
