Gene C. First of all black slaves were not burned alive by the thousands. They were too valuable to just kill by the thousands. Owners of black slaves were very careful to keep their property healthy and happy. Was there abuse? Of course there was. But it was not as common as you would like to believe. Whites burned them alive by the thousands?? It never happened. That is just typical nonsense the race haters use to divide, stir up hostility and profit from the ignorant. You said, "but I guess you don't believe we killed , burned, murdered, thousands of native Americans either.? I am surprised and saddened to hear that you were involved. I was not involved nor was any of my family going back generations. I think I can safely say I am not guilty of any of that. I might also add that my various forefathers both owned slaves and fought and died to free them. I was not involved in either because I was not born yet. Do you believe Germany and all Germans living today are responsible for the what was done in the 1940s. How about the Japanese? Are all Japanese alive today responsible for the Second World War? How about those Russians? Stalin slaughtered millions. Are all Russians alive today responsible. How about the Romans who threw people to the lions while the ordinary citizens watched. Is anyone alive today guilty of anything done by anyone in the centuries gone by? That is insanity. It is the same with the Mexicans and Mexico. You state you were involved in screwing the Mexicans, I was not. If you are still screwing Mexicans I advise you to take the necessary precautions. Actually it is my advice that you stop screwing Mexicans. Just kidding. I think the USA can claim the moral high ground because we are not burning thousands of black people or native Americans alive nor are we screwing Mexico out of its land either. Our Black President is the top law enforcement officer of the country and I doubt he would tolerate the wholesale murder of innocents on religious or racial grounds. When an innocent is killed in the USA there is moral outrage regardless of color. ISIS is doing what it is doing at the present time and doing it in front of the whole world and filming it so no one misses it. Those men who are alive right now are slaughtering innocent men, women and children right now. Yes, moral high ground exist right now and it is occupied by the USA, right now. I think you would be well served to slip away quietly. I seriously doubt there is anyone here on the left or the right who do not think you are a fool. You prove you are a fool everyday. Being the tender hearted guy that I am, I excuse you from responsibility for your foolishness. I would like to think you just can't help yourself. It is just my nature to be compassionate toward the less fortunate.
