It seems to me the Justice Department followup is reasonable and MSFT is indulging in its usual arrogance. Of course WIN95 runs fine without Explorer. I had to work hard at removing it from my system..but once I finally got rid of it...the rest of the OS works fine. That bit about WIN95 not working without Explorer is MSFT blowing smoke.
