It is a reasonable assumption, although it could be wrong, that Ten's background is in EE or at least a related field. Maybe not. Maybe Intel is hiring schoolteachers to design chipsets, I don't know. One thing I'm pretty sure about. Ten is better positioned than WR (who I assume, based on his posts, is an idiot) to discuss the properties of solar panels intelligently.
