Two months ago MRV's market cap was approaching $1 Bill for
the first time. Tonight it stands at $550 Mill. Subtract
the mound of cash ($130 mill) and you see that MRVC is very
much on sale right now. If MRV is indeed a potential take
over candidate in this consolidating industry, why wouldn't
one of the big guys strike now while there's a "Blue Light"
special. This is not what I want to see happen, but whenever
MRV trades at severely depressed levels, I almost hate to see
a little star on the Yahoo page next to its symbol indicating
that there is news...

Hello,

Volume has pick up the last few days, most likely due to
Options. This should also be the last week for tax related selling
because of MRVC drop from $39. There won't be much tax selling
next two weeks because of Christmas and New Years.

For the reasons I have stated above, January should be a good month for MRVC. I am looking forward to getting back to $30.

Thanks,

Harry

Dan, What the heck is going on in Japan? The morning Nikkie session has resulted in a 924 point loss and S&P futures are trading down 9 points from this afternoons close. Ouch!! this is going to hurt in the morning if this doesn't change direction by morning. Are you seeing any news which might help to explain this massive slide? Asia turmoil, here we go again.

Wayde.
