Hi Scott: The TSE listing was expected for January as per company (and yes, they are SO MUCH more reliable than TTRIF - which I know isn't saying much). You should call them, as these guys really are very professional.

As far as the NASDAQ listing goes, the new rules require a minimum of a $4 bid (U.S.), so their estimate of mid-year next year means that they have to reach about $5.50 - $6.00 Canadian by February to be listed there.

Sorry if you took the statements to be anything that was put in a news release by the company. Another company that I was following got put onto the TSE from COATS earlier this year and I think it was announced to the public about a week before it happened. Don't know if this is standard though...
