Jim;

In regards to the patents would you have any idea whose name is on
the patents? I understand that the company would most likely own them
but, the person<s> who invented the process may be able to alter them
just enough to..... Then QDRX may also be able to sell process on
Advanced Materials products or even license the technology to another
larger manufacturer who has the cash to burn. Companies can make a lot
of money licensing technology. It appears that this may have been the
plan all along. Bring in some key engineers from well known companies,
let them make an appearence/dicussion on technology at shareholder
meeting thus gaining credibility, issue a few Reg S/D shares based on
this hype, make some serious cash on the shorting of the stock on the side
pick up a real manufacturing company that has a profit shown and keep
this as your saving grace.... the saga continues...

Its a real shame that the engineers that perfected the technology
and developed the products, got the shaft <no punn intended> This is
a perfect example of why people take their knowledge gained and start
their own companies.

This is my humble opinion. Since I have taken my 75% loss on
investment I feel I am entitled to this one pleasure. Good luck to
the folks still holding this stock. I finally realized why my
Christmas cards haven't been coming in from family and friends that
I got into this stock. I guess that means no presents for this year.

K

Jim,
With regard to the 127,000 share sold last summer: Check the definitions and key to the chart. The person selling the stock was a shareholder owning more than 10% of shares. It doesn't look like a sale by an officer or director of the corporation.

Every bit as frustrated as you,

Roger
