Bob, this is an area where the discussion of scriptures pertaining to any idea of a "rapture" as a word that does not exist in the Bible actually, is quickly censured and dealt with. Why this is so, I don't quite understand. It is curious. But it is not anywhere near a point of doubtful dispute, nor do I personally feel comfortable not being able to enjoy my views on the matter with people who enjoy views on the matter. That is the only thing that is perplexing me, and since it will continue to be in hearts and minds, would a separate thread for anyone who care to consider that there will be such an event allude to it there? Would that be acceptable? Gregor?
