Sanger and her followers were and are, Racist to the bone. She was talking about those people in society who, (then as now, we bear the burden of supporting): Those in poverty and delinquency whose primary contribution to life is having babies who become part of the vicious cycle of death by starvation, violence, disease—and other consequences of abject poverty and unfit parenting. Most people are too weak-minded, too dull, too self absorbed to care about these people. They don’t even know (for instance) what fetal alcohol syndrome even is—and their solution to social ills is to destroy culture and prevent them from, having ACCESS TO CONTRACEPTION OR BIRTH CONTROL. You are one of those self-absorbed MORONS, Greg or ee. Sanger was and remains a hero to the entire world—a courageous and compassionate nurse who went to jail 8 times in her tireless fight to bring justice, equality, and reproductive choice to women all over the world. She won. YOU lost! Nobody kicks a dead dog. She is still rubbing your face in your bigotry, your immorality, your essential hatred of the human race. Your “god” is a moral monster only because YOU are a moral monster, Greg or ee. You attack the Einstein's, the Martin Luther King's, the Roosevelt's, and the Margaret Sangers of the world..because you are the moral monster--the mindless, superstitious CRETIN who crawls through life with arguments like, "don't you have a Klam meeting to go to?"
