It would seem to me if a measles vaccine caused autism, much of the people who contracted measles would also be afflicted or at least by the same or similar percentages.

This is nonsense. The changes in brain structure can be seen at the 20th week of gestation. So unless there is a little vaccine time machine, a vaccine cannot cause autism.

Period.

Other than that debunked study from the Lancet, there is nothing but anecdotes to support the idea.
