bentway - You obviously know nothing about human nature. Those who cannot pay for healthcare know full well they do not have to. They work the system. They share how to work the system with their peers. The US has a whole class of dependents who have become experts at working the system. You may not know how to do it but believe me, they know how. If they don't know how there are agencies set up to teach them how and walk them through how to get all the benefits available to them. This includes healthcare. Those who have no insurance are assisted while in the hospital by the hospital to sign up for medicaid and what is known here as Hcap. At least the hospital collects a very small portion of the patients bill and the balance is written off. If a person is 130% of the poverty line he can get medicaid. Period. If a citizen cannot pay the mechanic he may put off a repair because the Government does not offer free car repair YET. In the case of real need and hardship there are charities that will help. Listen, the goal of Obamacare is not helping those in need, it only exist to gain power over a huge portion of the economy for the Federal Government. Do you really believe Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barak Obama and Joe Biden give a flying flip about the poor uninsured in America. How naive can you be? Just look at their charitable contributions. They talked constantly about millions without healthcare when they should have said without healthcare insurance. Why did they do this. It was to make stupid voters think there were millions of Americans with NO healthcare. That was just another LIE to get their agenda passed.. It is blatantly obvious you are very naive and uninformed. Don't get me wrong, I have no hope of changing your mind. I have found that The Liberal Mindset is impregnable and cannot be altered by any amount of reason. *The health of our Republic rises and falls based primarily on the ability of patriots to keep Liberals out of power.
