Alexa, Alexa, Alexa... When will you ever learn. Save the technical terms for the marketplace where it REALLY does some good. Those bozos over at Worden (except for Patrick Argo, now HE is a real help... REALLY) could care less, I feel. You would think with all the benefits of the Web and Email, they could put up a web page as a bulletin board and save themselves one heck of a phone bill... they could also use email... which I had been successful at for a while with them... after being kept on a long distance phone call for helf an hour on hold, I DEMANDED the use of email and got it. Heads up and locked... Well, I really do feel for them as I know how frustrating technical problems can be - I get paged in the middle of the night for computer problems with the State... I will keep trying for another hour or so... Good luck, Bill
