Mainly because qe 123 is not "in the system". It's dead cash sitting at the Fed as reserves. There was no matching increase in Fed liabilities, "currency in circulation". Without it QE is merely a credit/debit transaction within the banking system itself.

I never thought market manipulation will reach the extremes it did. I thought it would all end in
2008. Wrong! There are no markets anymore, so there is nothing to comment on, unless you like to comment on "Political economy" or "political markets". It's a real shame there is no end to serial bubbles and Policy errors.
