I understand from a CNBC report that the "legal" recreational marijuana stores are failing due to untaxed marijuana being grown locally and imported from Oregon and other states. I haven't followed this too closely but you're right.........apparently there are problems with passing on the taxes to customers. Plus, there are growing reports of MJ usage in the schools. I thought the bill was a mistake and voted against it. I was sorry to see it get passed.
