Good call on the drop mike. I do not see where all the insider sales have occured lately. Can you list them for me? I found one sale in the last six months. The sale was on 8/4/97 for 18,000 shares at 1.64. DH

Good call, Mike. You are to be congratulated. You can pat yourself on the back. Hope you made some big money if you went short. Maybe now its time to cover your short turn a nice profit. Or do you still think IMP is goin' down the toilet? I must say, these recent prices are quite tempting, but before I invest I like to see something promising on the horizon. And unfortunately, the I can't see the crack of dawn on this one yet, but I know its comin'.
