Unfortunately, it doesn't look like any red flags showed up until they made a surprise anouncement that they had to restate earnings. I don't follow this industry so this was completely off my radar. I'm sure someone closer to the situation could have known that a scam was brewing.

Roger and All, someone mention BLDPF (Ballard Power), the other day. I've been following this one for awhile. Watched it jump 20 points in 3 days a few months back, and fall 18 in one. It has jumped about 20 points again over this last week, while riding some news momentum up. This is a very interesting story stock, and at some point MAY be the real thing, however.... in the short term, this is a company that will not turn a profit for many years to come, if ever. Its got a market cap now of 1.2B (15.4M x 79)I've shorted this one a few times, but am starting to load up here in the 80s. Support one again is ~ 60 Dave
