But you can't say "providers are overburdened" therefore the law is bad and it over promised (assuming it did)...who points this out when people are not getting proper health care?
WTF? Of course I can say that. It affects our ability to provide these people with the proper health care they need.

I really don't care how bad the truth sounds. But that's probably why I'd make a lousy politician. No one likes to be told the truth.
