What is the best timing on that to get into the cue ?

I would love to testify on behalf of my brother with alzhiemers whose records were said to not exist by the IRS when there was no choice but to put him in a home for people with alzhiemers.

Ultimately, I spent almost 4 months on the phone getting to the truth. No man or woman should have to go through what he went through-----. There was such a contrast in before Alzhiemers and after alzhiemers. Before, he m anaged his own business----and filed his own taxes----he was precise------as a Veteran during non wartime, he worked on missiles for the Army.

The love of his life died with cancer-----enter the Hospice nurse for ust 2 days who cased the house and his finances as his wife died after an unsucessful brain surgery. She died within just 2 days out of the hospital.

The Hospice Nurse later came back to inveigl e her and her family into his life to take everything.---including his IRA funds.

Bankers stood aside ---such statements ----"Well you know we could see Mr. XYZ was getting older; but they never questioned any of the transactions made by him as he was walked into the bank to withdraw money."

Excuse my unloading------I am truly in recovery on how my brother was taken advantage of -----as he lost his money to the tart and her family----with the IRS putting a lien on his property and home that he and his wife built as he did not file taxes on the IRA withdrawal which the tart and her family used for various purpose. .

Then came the PTSD as he thought the house was being attack--re-then to rehab and a nursing facility.

Working with another brother; we sold the property ------paid the IRS the lien of about $45,000 . The house was sold for a pittance by the local real estate folks.

The Hospice Nurse was the "fisher" and my brother was the "fish".

FWIW, think your timing is probably about right.
