Roland it aint so... you buy you sell then you buy back at the price you sold meaning if it appreciates you pay taxes anyway... what is the issue. Ernie is a long time holder.. I can see if you buy and sell inside 30 days that is a wash..... but that is NOT his case. He held for years... anyway I use HRblock heads and you can call them and ask..and they will tell you the same thing...believe me this is gone to their headquarters several times always the same thing.. You can take a loss and not give up a position..if you are long for a while.. anyhow I think we need to grin a bare it because we may just have something here... and we won't know until "Simon says..we do." then its too late.. How about that Lidak... think it will repeat tomorrow??? luis
