Eat or be eaten, prey & predator, nature's arms race fills voids & niches very quickly thru adapting & selection, something the resident dimmys can't grasp living in their never-never lands. The next one with the mongoose is reallly ferocious too, hunger is a great motivator, this is happening billions of times each day & has been since the first dawn on down to the animals & plants in the microcosm, countless trillions of times.

Guess that eel has built an immunity to the sea snake's venom, another adaptation for survival, like the king snake & the rattler. Filling niches thru natural selection is not intelligent design, it is filling niches thru natural selection.
