But you haven't eliminated fossil fuels from your life despite your solar panels ....in fact, Rat claims his electric grid power he uses at least half the time is powered geothermal. Now you, being in AL are probably using natural gas or coal power half or more of the time. If you talk about ELIMINATING fossil fuels, DO IT. Eventually fossil fuels will go away...you know that, don't you? It will happen in baby steps, but it will happen. I may not be with any technology you can point to today, or any single form of alternative energy, but it will happen. There is no choice. Think baby steps...try taking a few and make a contribution.
