bill{FINE} it doesn't say reg s {offshore deal} although it is private placemant.. shareholders ran because they may be scared that the company will burn this money and be last on the soup line.. i would not consider shorting this as a long term short until more disclosure about senior bonds/notes and their profitability&/or sales growth is weighed in an industry comaparison..

bill plsia.. lots of BS press.. yest patents.. today "already sent" the tests to fda for optham laser.. stock moves up in anticipation.. it will be a long rocky road..
any idea as to which lasers are both patented and marketable{read in production... bringing $$ in}
