Mr. Obama broke a regular law, the Administrative Procedures Act, by creating a major policy without following all the steps for public review and comment. Perfect! That is a real law and it applies to all major Federal Actions. Unleashing millions on us is certainly a major federal action! In fact, and this is a good idea, where is the Environmental Impact Statement for this policy...you are allowing all these people into the country and they have a major impact on Socioeconomics. Where is the EIS? No EIS? That's a violation of the National Environmental Policy Act! When you sue about not following the NEPA, everybody sues, especially environmentalists, using you guessed it, the Administrative Procedures Act! This story wasn't written very well but hope I have fleshed it out a bit so you can understand it. I work in this field for the Navy so that's why I know this stuff.
