Maybe I should amend that to be: As far as I know, you don't need a certificate or license to practice medicine in a third-world country (where they would be thankful just to have people with medical knowledge, instead of having to traverse 25 miles to the nearest doctor accross a jungle). Consider how lucky we are to live in the U.S. A small percentage of the world's population, yet has the most wealth and best standard of living. Kurt
