Jack, take a look at the latest 10Q for MCCI on Edgar. There they explain some of the reasons for their business failure. The reasons boil down to their not having local switches (the five they bought towards the end came too late to help), and as resellers not having control of the infrastructure to deliver on call features that they promoted to their customers. These reasons for failure can be rectified by resources WCII brings to the table. I wouldn't give up so soon on WCII's ability to revitalize MCCI's business model.
