58.24 is real, and 62.45 isn't. Real is always bigger than imaginary. Since temperatures are going up by about 0.15 degrees/decade, it'll be a while before we see 62 degrees. That would be a deviation of about 5 degrees F from the baseline of 14.0 deg-C or 57.2 deg-F. Right now, the deviation is 0.68 degrees, so there is a long way to go.

NOAA has 0.52°C for the deviation in '97, 0.64°C for '98, and 0.68 for '14
