The larger issue is why 0 pushed the true penalties out past his term in office. Wonder why that is ? Couldn't be because these lefties cannot see past today.

Part of that may be the unceasing demonetization by you and your ilk. I encountered it the other day here in Texas when an old conservative friend in poor health I'd reconnected with was bitching about how he couldn't get insurance because of his pre-existing conditions. I asked him if he'd tried the ACA federal exchange. He admitted he had not, because he'd heard so many terrible things about it, he'd just rejected it out of hand. I told him MY experience, and convinced him to give it a go. He called me the other day and thanked my for straitening him out.
