Only in the spinner's bizarro world of NNVC could accounting restatements and potentially accounting fraud be considered a good thing. "the error caused a material understatement of its derivative liability" It's almost as if the SEC has been asking questions. Lots of questions. Tick tock indeed.

I'm not sure why you felt the need to answer on his behalf and I sure hope you don't have any plans to do that for me any time soon.

If your goal was to deprive me of his response I guess congratulations are in order, but please try and restrain yourself in the future. If I have a question for you I know where you are.
