Gene - You say that Bush had no legal justification for invading Iraq but he certainly had the backing and endorsement of the leaders of the Demonrat Party. Hillary, Kerry, Biden, Reid and Shumer all were among the Demonrats who voted him permission to remove Hussein. This seems to be an inconvenient truth that you and your kind refuse to admit. Face it. It is a historical fact whether you like it or not. I know that you and them would love it if we would forget it. We will not however.

I suggest you keep this post and review it each time you call Iraq Bush's war and not mention Hillary, Biden, Reid, Kerry and all the rest. It was also their war. If Bush lied about WMDs in Iraq so did they.
They all had the same intelligence and they all agreed.

John Kerry said, 'When I vote to give the President of the United States the authority to use force, if necessary, to disarm Saddam Hussein, it is because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a threat, and a grave threat, to our security."

Hillary Clinton - Senator Hillary Clinton, in justification of her vote to authorize the invasion, falsely insisted that Iraq's possession of such weapons was "not in doubt" and was "undisputed."

Joe Biden - Senator Joe Biden, then head of the Senate foreign Relations Committee, falsely claimed that Iraq under Saddam Hussein - severely weakened by UN disarmament efforts and comprehensive international sanctions - somehow constituted both "a long-term threat and a short-term threat to our national security" and was an "extreme danger to the world." Despite the absence in Iraq of any "weapons of mass destruction" or offensive military capabilities, Biden - when reminded of those remarks during an interview in 2007 - replied, "That's right, and I was correct about that."

Note these Demonrats who voted YES. Would you call them left wing war loving spineless hypocritical left wing cry babies?
